I cannot figure out how to do a simple two-column layout where the first column is 2/12 of the width, and the second 10/12. Any ideas?

I cannot figure out how to do a simple two-column layout where the first column is 2/12 of the width, and the second 10/12. Any ideas?

I am sorry the preview version currently has those columns as set width.They will be changeable in the upcoming beta version.
